The Marcha Corrida that debuted in Altura this Sunday, March 24th, was attended by more than a hundred people.
This event, which usually takes place in Castro Marim, had a seven-kilometer route, starting at the Football Field 11 on Avenida 24 de Junho, crossing several arteries of the town, the beach and the Altura walkway.
The initiative aims, according to the Municipality of Castro Marim, «to contribute to the development of physical exercise and good health habits, in addition to creating bonds of friendship and solidarity».
The Marcha Corrida de Altura was organized by the Chamber of Castro Marim and the Parish Council of Altura, counting on the ability to involve people from the mountains, young people and families.
