Nathalie Dias launches new book in Loulé

The presentation of the work is in charge of Carlos Filipe and João Ferreira

Journalist and writer Nathalie Dias will present, on February 22nd, her second literary work, entitled “The Kingdom of 3-Pawed Dogs”, from 18pm, at the Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen Municipal Library, in Loulé.

In this new book, Nathalie seeks to raise awareness, both children and adults, about the animal cause, delving into the topic from the animals' point of view.

«For a long time, I wanted to write a children's book related to animals, but I couldn't find the right story. One day, when reporting at the Animal Rescue Algarve facilities, inspiration and narrative emerged almost immediately. Witnessing the work, commitment and dedication to these animals, and the urgent need for a family, I was truly motivated», says the journalist.

Nathalie Dias invites readers of all ages «to join this touching work, where each page is an opportunity to learn, grow and, above all, inspire positive change in the lives of our four-legged friends».

In partnership with Animal Rescue Algarve, the book hits the market with versions in Portuguese and English, entitled “O Reino dos Cães de 3 Patas” and “The Kingdom of 3-Legged Dogs”.

The illustrations were carried out by Rita Nascimento.

As writer and director of the newspapers “A Voz de Loulé” and “A Voz do Algarve”, she already has two books for children and young people and five participations in other works.

The presentation of the work is in charge of Carlos Filipe and João Ferreira.

Admission is free.
