Third year students of Hotel Management, Marketing and Tourism courses are organizing “ExpoEventos: The experience of Organizing Events”, which will take place on December 7th, starting at 9:00 am, at the Professor Doutor Ludgero dos Santos Sequeira Amphitheater and in the adjacent outdoor spaces of the Higher School of Management, Hospitality and Tourism of the University of Algarve, on the Penha Campus.
The activity, carried out within the scope of the Organization of Events and Congresses, taught by professors Ana Isabel Renda, Rosária Pereira and Abílio Guerreiro, will feature activities such as seminar, round table, exhibition and show, workshop, entertainment, coffee break and lunch.
According to the organization, “the event's audience its main objective is to provide participants with more complete knowledge about the stages, challenges, opportunities and experiences in carrying out events»,
The priority target audience is the academic community, although the initiative is open to external audiences.
