The municipality of Vila Real de Santo António participated, between the 10th and 13th of October, in the TTG Travel Experience, one of the biggest tourism fairs in Italy.
The event, which took place in Rimini, brought together tourism professionals from around the world and attracted more than 2700 brands and exhibitors, playing a key role in promoting the travel industry and global tourism.
The Vila Real de Santo António stand highlighted the municipality's main tourist assets, which showcased its territory, its natural and architectural heritage, its hotel offerings and its investment potential.
For three days, the VRSA municipality, in partnership with the Association for the Development of Baixo Guadiana (Odiana), sought to create strategic partnerships, share information and attract visitors.
TTG Travel Experience – which this year celebrates its 60th edition – also constitutes a platform where companies linked to the tourism sector, including travel agencies, hotels, airlines, operators and others can present their products and services, make contacts commercials and keep up with the latest trends and innovations.
In addition to the exhibition wing, the fair offered, during these three days, a program of conferences, seminars and workshops, in which sector experts shared knowledge and experiences about trends, challenges and opportunities in the world of tourism.
