Mariana Gaspar André, who became national runner-up in the Portuguese Dressage Championship, at the junior level, was honored by the Municipality of Lagoa.
The athlete from Lagos won the trophy in the race that took place at the beginning of October, at Sociedade Hípica Portuguesa, in Lisbon.
Mariana Gaspar André was part of the high-performance Dressage team this year, having achieved the minimum grades to qualify and participate in the European Dressage Championship, in Kronberg, Germany, in July, representing the national team.
