The play “Monólogos da Vagina” will have a session on the 12th of August, at 22 pm, at the Palácio de Congressos do Algarve, in Albufeira.
This play features Teresa Guilherme, Marta Andrino and Melânia Gomes.
The Vagina Monologues, by American author Eve Ensler, are composed of several short texts/monologues. Each of them deals with the female experience, touching on subjects such as sex, prostitution, body image, love, female genital mutilation, masturbation, birth, orgasm, the various common names for the vagina, or simply as a physical part of the female body.
