The third edition of the Lagoa Wind Orchestra and Percussion internship will take place during the week of July 23 to 29, at the Conservatório de Artes de Lagoa, Escola EB 2/3 Jacinto Correia and Auditorio Carlos do Carmo, with the participation of around of 60 young people from all over the country.
The end of the internship is marked by the usual concert in Praia do Carvoeiro, scheduled for the 29th, at 21 pm, during which the young musicians will demonstrate the work carried out throughout the intense week.
The XNUMXrd Wind Orchestra and Percussion Stage, promoted by the ARTIS XXI association, is conducted by conductor and composer Samuel Pascoal, who will bring an original and varied repertoire for wind orchestras, including some of his own works.
In addition to working with Samuel Pascoal, participants will have the opportunity to work closely with a group of teachers and musicians of regional and national reference, perfecting instrumental techniques and enhancing their musical growth, both individually and collectively.
The conviviality and socializing moments will not be forgotten, with daily activities and a fun day at the Slide & Splash water park.
