Bárbara Tinoco, who is one of the most famous names on this year's F Festival poster, will present her new show in Faro and, “perhaps”, he will ask his “Bishop friend for us to go to each other’s concert”.
The news was announced yesterday afternoon by the artist herself, in an interview with Sul Informação and Jornal do Algarve, during the presentation of the 8th edition of Festival F at the rooftop from the Hotel Mundial, in Lisbon.
Bárbara Tinoco added that the idea could include singing “our song Planeta” with Bispo.
True, true is that Bárbara considers that her performance at F, scheduled for the last day, September 9, «is a really special concert, for which I think I will bring some surprises».
As for your expectations for the festival in Faro, entirely dedicated to Portuguese music, from «babies» to established values, Bárbara says she is «very enthusiastic».
«It's already my third time and the second year I went there without singing, I went there because I like Festival F. The Festival is almost like singing in a fairy tale, it's in the center of the city, in a historic area and it's a festival of Portuguese music, it's not in a big city and I think that's very special. So I'm really excited to see it, this is my new show and I'm really excited to do it at Festival F».
As this is the last summer festival, after the appearances at NOS Alive, at Meo Marés Vivas, what will it be like to end this summer season in the Algarve?
«It was very special to do these festivals with my best friend [Carolina Deslandes] and I think that now it will be very, very special to end the summer on a high at Festival F», he also commented.
In addition to Bárbara Tinoco, DAMA, Mariza, Abrunhosa, Calema, Já Fumega, Quinta do Bill, Maro or Mimicat are some of the names that make up the F Festival poster, scheduled for September 7, 8 and 9 in Vila-Adentro and at off San Francisco, in Faro.
