Cascade Wellness Resort, in Lagos, will celebrate Halloween Day, October 31, at Restaurante Mundi, with the “Spooky Halloween Dinner”, a themed buffet dinner where there will be plenty of entertainment for the whole family.
From 19pm to 00pm, there will be music, dancing, a magic show and even face painting for the little ones.
The menu costs 42 euros per person, drinks not included, and children under 12 do not pay.
The menu includes a selection of cold cuts and salads, soup, pumpkin cream with cinnamon, vegetable cream, main courses, veal involtini with ham and Madeira sauce, chicken supremes with spinach and feta cheese, fish and seafood ragout with aniseed and coriander and salmon with herbs and sweet and sour sauce. Vegetarian dishes include vegetable feijoada, ricotta and spinach cannelloni and vegan chili.
The showcooking also includes Provençal roast beef, chipolata turkey leg, meat and seafood paella, sea bass fillet and sea bream, carbonara, pesto and arrabiata.
For children, breaded chicken, hake goldfish, pasta with tomato and bolognese sauce, grilled tuna steak, side dishes and, finally, a buffet of seasonal desserts are prepared.
