The Trompa e Harpa Duo promoted a concert at the Church of Porches dedicated to the youngest and most seniors on the 13th of October, within the scope of the IV Artis XXI Concert Cycle, in which students from the 1st cycle of the JI de Porches and Centro Senior of Porches.
The objective of the initiative is “to bring music to all people – young and less young – in the Municipality of Lagoa, contributing to the decentralization of culture in the territory and to the creation of habits of cultural enjoyment”, emphasizes Artis XXI in a note.
This cycle runs until the 28th of October in the churches of the municipality of Lagoa and in the Ermida da Guadalupe (a space integrated in the DiVam program promoted by the Regional Directorate for Culture of the Algarve).
The event is produced by Artis XXI, supported by the Municipality of Lagoa, DGartes, Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve, Folefest and Festa da Música – Musical Instruments, in partnership with Folefest. The artistic direction is in charge of Elsa Mathei and the production direction is by Rute Gomes.
