“A Fera” shows at Teatro das Figuras the relationship between Pilar and Saramago

The show is part of the celebrations of the centenary of the birth of José Saramago, awarded the Nobel in 1998

“Pilar”, a theater show that talks about the relationship between José Saramago and Pilar del Rio, premieres this Tuesday, October 4, at 21:30 pm, at Teatro das Figuras, in Faro. 

The show has the artistic creation of Rui Afonso and Tânia Silva and is a co-production between A FERA Teatro and Teatro das Figuras.

The dramaturgy and interpretation is by the actress Tânia Silva, the music and interpretation by Rui Afonso, the text is by Joana Guita and Tânia Silva, the costumes by Filipe Correia and the content creation of the scene videos is by Ana Brandão.

The show is part of the celebrations of the centenary of the birth of José Saramago, awarded the Nobel Prize in 1998.

This is a show for the general public (over 6 years old). Tickets cost 5 euros.

“Pilar” is the 17th production of A FERA Teatro, based in Faro, founded in November 2016 by several artists from Faro.
