The itinerant project Creactivity is returning to the riverside area of Portimão between the 1st and 5th of August, bringing a bus full of creative solutions for children and young people between 6 and 16 years old.
According to the Municipality of Portimão, «the objective of this “creactivity bus” is to awaken the ingenuity, dexterity and creativity of the little ones, being welcomed again in Portimão through the Manuel Teixeira Gomes Municipal Library, with the essential support of the Port of Portimão-APS ».
This educational project, sponsored by BPI and the “la Caixa” Foundation, «has as its main objective the design and development of original ideas for simple problems and allows participants to participate in workshops with day-to-day materials and some tools, encouraging them to “think with their hands” and bring their own ideas to life, through an entrepreneurial spirit, cooperation and reflection», adds the municipality.
The workshops, aimed at children and young people in the municipality, will take place on the five days that the vehicle is parked in Portimão, from 10 am to 00 pm, and between 14 pm and 00 pm, subject to prior reservation by calling 16 00 20/00 308 802, or email [email protected], and free exploration visits are also possible.
