Talking about the challenges of motherhood is the objective of the gathering “Aqui entre Mães, que no one hears us”, held at the Municipal Library of Castro Marim, on Monday, May 2, at 14:30 pm.
This conversation, promoted within the scope of the CLDS 4G project «Castro Marim (COM)Vida» will be led by the doctor and coach Isa Frazoa and by the nurse Patrícia Jerónimo.
«The timeless challenges of motherhood, as well as mental health, appreciation and personal care, will be some of the themes on the table», according to the Castro Marim Chamber.
This action «wants to contribute to a healthy exchange of ideas about the different dynamics, about the experience of motherhood in different circumstances and about the transversal emotions and feelings of what it means to be a mother».
All mothers are invited to participate, and can register by calling 281 510 747 or 281 531 171, and the municipality provides free transport.
This is an initiative of the CLDS 4G project “Castro Marim (COM)Vida”, promoted by the Municipality of Castro Marim and coordinated by the Odiana association, co-financed by CRESC Algarve 2020, Portugal 2020 and the European Union, through the European Social Fund.
