Raising awareness and helping families to prevent childhood domestic accidents is the objective of a session that CLDS 4G “Castro Marim (Com)Vida” will promote on March 16, at 18:00 pm, at the Municipal Library of this municipality of Sotavento.
The initiative «Prevention of Domestic Accidents in Childhood» is dedicated to families, caregivers and educators.
This will be the first session of the year of the encounters “Parents in Sarilhos” and has the partnership of the Care Unit in the Community of Santo António de Arenilha of ACES Sotavento, through the specialist nurse Vera Carapinha», according to the Odiana association, which organizes this event.
The objective of these meetings, «which are intended to be continuous, is to provide participants with training strategies and tools for the exercise of parenting and the healthy growth of children».

This initiative is part of activity 4 of the CLDS 4G project «Castro Marim (Com)Vida», promoted by the Municipality of Castro Marim and coordinated by the Odiana association, co-financed by CRESC Algarve 2020, Portugal 2020 and the European Union, through the European Social Fund.
