The presidents of the Municipal Assemblies of the Algarve's municipalities will meet on September 10, at the Lota de Sagres Interpretation Centre, to debate the theme “Sea: An Enorme Challenge”.
During this municipal mandate (2017-2021), 11 meetings of the presidents of the Municipal Assemblies of the Algarve were held in several municipalities, in a «meritorious and pioneering initiative, which gave rise not only to the Municipal Assemblies having greater visibility, but also through from the debated ideas, suggestions and reflections, valuable contributions were given to the growth and development of the Algarve», highlights the Municipal Assembly of Vila do Bispo, which hosts this last meeting of the mandate.
For the promoters of the initiative, the bases were laid "for the next elected to continue this project".
