Tavira provides a Local Economy Support Fund with an endowment of 300 thousand euros

Companies that applied for the previous fund but were not awarded due to exhaustion have priority

Applications for the Local Economy Support Fund of Tavira (FAELT), made available by the Tavirense Chamber, whose endowment is 300 thousand euros, will be open between 19 and 23 July, announced the municipality.

This incentive constitutes a «contribution of a local scope, which aims to revitalize the municipality's business fabric, mitigate the harmful effects of the current economic crisis, keep companies in business and ensure the maintenance of jobs», stresses the Chamber.

Valid applications submitted to the first Entrepreneur Support Fund, promoted by the Association for Integrated Development of Baixa de Tavira with the support of the municipality, which were not awarded support due to the extinction of the initially foreseen amount, have preemptive rights over the new ones. applications.

These, in addition to the application form, must include the statement proving the previous submission, issued by the Associação da Baixa de Tavira, the updated statements of non-debt to the Customs and Social Security Authority, as well as the print of the e-invoice on the page AT, in the years 2019 and 2020 (if not previously submitted).

Micro-enterprises, small businesses, individual entrepreneurs (ENI) and self-employed workers, headquartered in the municipality of Tavira, can apply for this Fund.

These must be legally constituted on February 29, 2020 and have a maximum annual turnover of up to 350 thousand euros with reference to the year 2020.

Access to FAELT is done by filling out the application form available on the Online Services platform, which should be sent to the e-mail [email protected], accompanied by the following documents:

– Citizen's Card (drawn copy) of the candidate or legal representative of the company;
– Declaration of non-debt to the Customs Tax and Social Security Authority;
– IRS declaration of 2019 (sole proprietors and self-employed);
– Simplified Business Information (IES) for the year 2019 (legal persons and ENI's with organized accounting);
– Declaration of commencement of activity;
– Certificate of the company's commercial register, when applicable;
– Balance sheet for accounts, sales and/or service provision for the years 2019 and 2020 or accounting statements proving billing/volume and print of the e-invoice on the AT page, for the years 2019 and 2020;
– Staff map or declarations of the remunerations delivered, in the Social Security of the month prior to the submission of the application;
– Declaration of commitment of honor from the beneficiary as, until 31/10/2021, it will not extinguish the jobs, nor will it terminate the activity;
– Certified Accountant Statement. In the case of self-employed and sole proprietors under the simplified regime, this document must be replaced by a declaration on honor and
– Proof of IBAN.

Once this amount is exhausted, valid applications that were not considered at this stage will be subject to future budget allocation.
