Portimão Municipal Assembly votes on support attribution regulation

Citizens can participate in the session, but there will only be 10 seats available

The draft regulation for granting support to non-profit legal and individual persons is one of the topics that will be discussed and voted on at the 3rd ordinary session of 2021 Portimão Municipal Assembly, which will be held on Monday, June 28th , at 21 pm, at the TEMPO Auditorium – Portimão Municipal Theater.

The meeting begins with the citizens' intervention period, and citizens will be able to participate in the session, with a maximum capacity of 10 people, for safety and public health reasons.

Before the Agenda, there will be an “Appraisal of the information written by the Mayor of Portimão”.

There follows the period of the Agenda, which has five points.

The first is the assessment and voting of the proposal for the presentation of individual accountability documents for the fiscal year 2020 and the proposal for the application of results.

This is followed by the assessment of the Inventory of Patrimonial Assets for 2020.

The third item on the Agenda will be the discussion and voting on the transfer of competences in the field of Culture, namely the collection of fees for the mere prior communication of shows.

The fourth item under discussion and voting will be the “Draft Regulation for the Exploitation of Services for Sharing Soft Modes of Mobility” and, finally, in the last item, the “Draft Regulation for Allocation of Support to Legal Persons will be discussed and voted on and Non-Profit Individuals of the Municipality of Portimão”, and the draft will already include the contributions resulting from the public consultation.
