Minister Ana Abrunhosa dedicates a day to the Algarve with trips to Messines, Salir, Querença and Loulé

Most of the initiatives in which the minister will participate are related to the project of the aspiring Geopark Algarvensis Loulé-Silves-Albufeira

Ana Abrunhosa, Minister of Territorial Cohesion, will visit the Algarve this Friday, April 23, with visits to the municipalities of Silves and Loulé, most of them related to the project of the aspiring Geopark Algarvensis Loulé-Silves-Albufeira.

The tour begins at 11:00 am, in São Bartolomeu de Messines, with the awards ceremony for participants in the School Competition “Climate change: challenges and solutions”, as part of the implementation of the “GEA-Mother Earth” program in the territory of the aspiring Geopark Algarvenis.

The ceremony will take place at the Francisco Vargas Mogo Auditorium, in São Bartolomeu de Messines (Silves).

In the afternoon, Ana Abrunhosa will be in the municipality of Loulé. At 15:30 pm, he will participate in the inauguration of the sculpture Metoposaurus Algarvensis, in Salir.

Later, at 16:15 pm, the minister will participate in the presentation of the Aspirant to Geopark Algarvensis, at the Manuel Viegas Guerreiro Foundation, with a visit to the Eco Botanical of Querença,

Finally, Ana Abrunhosa will be present, from 18 pm, at the presentation of the Popular Song Book of the Municipality of Loulé, at Palácio Gama Lobo.
