The movement “Sou Quarteira” will promote, this Saturday, 31st of October, from 19 pm, an acoustic concert, with musicians from the city and limited capacity, in the new Parque Gago Coutinho.
This action is part of the preparation of the album “À Moda Quarteirense”, which will be released in 2021, with the support of the Câmara de Loulé. Interestingly, the concert will take place on the p.parking arch that also has three urban art murals, opened a few days ago.
In order to offer a unique moment to the city and celebrate local talent, close to three dozen artists, from the most respected to young promises of national music, will perform in this show.
Due to the rules of the General Directorate of Health, the number of seats is limited. Tickets will be offered to those who want to attend the show, which can be collected from this Wednesday, October 28th, at the Centro Autárquico de Quarteira, with a limit of two tickets per person.
It will be possible to follow the live broadcast on Facebook and Instagram of the Sou Quarteira Movement and of the Municipality, from 19 pm, giving the possibility to all interested parties to have access to this moment.
Dino D'Santiago, Sacik Brow, Isa de Brito, Perigo Público, Edna Oliveira or Bertílio are some of the artists participating in this show.
Conceived by Dino D'Santiago, Miguel Jacinto, Inês Oliveira and Naomi Guerreiro, four young people from the city, Sou Quarteira is a social and cultural movement, whose origins are the affirmation of Quarteira's cosmopolitan identity in its entirety – geographical, cultural , social and economic -, and which has the highest point in the realization of the Festival with the same name dedicated to urban sounds.
