“Parallel Divergente – From the magic of ink to the fascination of words” is the joint work of painter João Sena and author Analita Alves dos Santos, to be discovered on social networks starting tomorrow, September 27, World Tourism Day and Day of Global Climate Strike.
john sena from a very early age he felt a great interest in various artistic expressions, particularly in Painting.
His work shows a great fascination for Salvador Dalí's surrealism and an obsession with perfecting a style of his own painting techniques, ending up discovering the vast fantasy and intensity present in art.
In his own words, “in my work I try to make a self-observation of life and everything that it involves, painting dreams, mysteries and stories”.
With his artistic creations, João Sena gives those who observe them the possibility of entering another world and becoming part of the scenarios of a story. “Perhaps, a new way of seeing a different universe, converting dreams into reality”, he says.
Analyta Alves dos Santos has been in the writing world for over twenty years, as ghostwriter in their various jobs, writing for newspapers, magazines, websites, blogs and video scripts.
In 2018, he decides to take the great leap of anonymity, publishing his first children's book “The Irmandade da Rocha – Daniela and the sea urchin”, the first of a trilogy that condenses another of his great passions – Nature.
Officially launched at the Municipal Library of Lagoa, on April 5, in less than six months the book reached its 2nd edition.
This September, it was published in a collection “We are more than Stories – Desabafos de Amor”, and a new story is also planned, in another collection, before Christmas, while finishing the second book of its children's collection, with others literary surprises on the way.
“In Paralelo Divergente I will reveal a deeper, more adult writing, in prose and poetry, inspired by João Sena's magnificent artistic creations. It will be a real surprise for those who know me in a more childish way, but the truth is that I don't intend to be glued only to Children's Literature. Writing for me is a pleasure, almost an obsession and every day I try to challenge myself by rehearsing different literary genres, without losing my voice”, explains Analita Alves dos Santos.
“Paralelo Divergente – From the magic of ink to the fascination of words” is a work by two, where the artistic work of João Sena and the words of Analita Alves dos Santos will be shared in a unique way, which promise to “bewitch the senses; a beam of light of rays, parallel, divergent that will end up converging, in one of the most beautiful forms of human expression: art”.
For now only on social networks, it is expected that “Paralelo Divergente” will be presented in the future in an exhibition and later in a book.
