The Algarvean Diogo Marreiros, Roller Lagos Clube de Patinagem athlete, was European vice-champion in the “10 km Points/Eliminate” competition of the European Speed Skating Championships, which took place in Pamplona, Spain.
The title of European Champion was collected by Daniel Niero, from Italy. Marreiros always led the score, in a very fast race, but the Italian's 3 final points took the European title from lacobrigense.
