Macau students are in Faro to participate in the Summer School, or Summer School, of the Algarve Hotel and Tourism School (EHTA), which is taking place at the headquarters of this entity, in Faro.
The initiative, which began on 22 July and ends on 3 August, is attended by young students from IFT – Macau Tourism Training Institute.
The training program will focus on the theme "Gastronomy and Wines" and provides for the realization of several workshops e masterclasses in the area of Kitchen, Pastry, Bakery, Bar and Wine, promoted by the School's trainers.
“There will also be study visits to companies in the region linked to the hotel, restaurant and tourism sector as a complement to training”, added the EHTA.
This training project is part of the Exchange Program established between the two countries, which is now in its 3rd edition.
