“Sonoridades & Sabores” ends with music and snacks in Colos and Vale Ferro

Script had several screenings in November and December

The traditional music and gastronomy itinerary “Sonoridades & Sabores” ends on the 12th and 26th of January, with initiatives in the towns of Colos and Vale Ferro. 

The best snacks in the region will be accompanied by singing to the bucket, viola campaniça, accordion players, popular poets and traditional music groups.

Next Saturday, January 12th, the “Sonoridades & Sabores” will take place at the Eira da Lagoa Restaurant, in Colos, and the last date of this edition will be on the 26th at Café Porfírio, in Vale Ferro (Relíquias parish).

On both days, music will fill the spaces from 15:30 pm, with singing to the bucket accompanied by the campaniça viola.

From 18:00 onwards, space will be given to the accordionists and popular poets of the region. From 20:00 onwards, the guests will be the traditional music groups Atar and Pôr Ao Fumeiro (on the 12th) and Relíquias d'Outrora (on the 26th).

The organization is the responsibility of the Association for the Development of Amoreiras-Gare, in partnership with the Center for the Valorization of Viola Campaniça and Canto de Improviso and the Municipality of Odemira and with the support of the Parish Councils of Colos, Relíquias, Sabóia, Santa Clara -a-Velha, S. Martinho das Amoreiras and S. Teotónio.
