The first market of Street Food Christmas invades the gardens of Viva Vita Biergarten, in Porches (Lagoa), on the weekend of December 8th and 9th. It is a street food market that celebrates the best national and international flavors, spread over eight wooden houses that enhance the typical Christmas atmosphere.
Visitors will be able to delight in a selection of delicacies as diverse as the traditional Raclette with potatoes and pickles, Christmas Turkey Tacos, Waffles with varied toppings, ice cream, Currywürst sausages with tomato and curry sauce, Ramen e Gyosas, among many others.
Accompanying the gastronomic offer will be a wide selection of drinks, such as the Pilsner and Bock Christmas special versions of Porches Craft Beer (Vila Vita's craft beer), wine, hot chocolate, tea and mulled wine with spices (Glühwein) , between others.
The event will also feature artificial snow to recreate as much as possible the typical image associated with this time of year, live music and a sing-along of Christmas songs, as well as a bonfire where you can roast Marshmallows, a popcorn and cotton candy cart and a Santa Claus who will put a smile on the face of all the children who visit the market this weekend.
Therefore, Vila Vita promises “two days of pure Christmas celebration between family and friends, in the cozy and picturesque atmosphere of one of the most authentic German beer gardens in Portugal”.
The Viva Vita Christmas Food Market will take place on the weekend of December 8th and 9th, from 14 pm to 00 pm, in the gardens of its Biergarten, located in Porches, next to the EN21 roundabout. Admission is free.
