O International Festival "Poetry in the South" will take poets and musicians to the Casa do Sal de Castro Marim on October 22, at 21 pm.
The initiative scheduled for this Sotavento Algarvio county will count with the presence of the Baixo Guadiana Poets Group and with musical moments, starring Afonso Dias, Nádia Catarro and Ângela Mascarenhas.
The municipality of Castro Marim was one of those that joined the 4th edition of this festival, which starts today, Friday, in Olhão and runs until 28 October, «a unique initiative, which is gaining more and more national expression».
In addition to Olhão, where it is headquartered, and Castro Marim, “Poesia a Sul” will take place in Lagos and Ayamonte. The festival is included in the program of the “365Algarve” program.
