Sérgio Godinho and classics such as “O Primeiro Dia” or “With a little sparkle in the eyes” and Alexander Search, the band that brings together Salvador Sobral and Júlio Resende to sing poems by Fernando Pessoa, animated, this Friday, August 31st, the second day of Festival F, in Vila-Adentro de Faro.
These were two of the strong concerts of “F”, but the shows by Dead Combo and Rodrigo Leão, on Palco Sé, and Aurea, on Palco Ria, also had a great turnout.
The “F” ends this Saturday, September 1st, in a night that promises to be, once again, a great party. The Farense festival will be attended by The Gift, at 21:30 pm, and the Revenge os the 90's party, at 23:00 pm, on the Ria Stage.
Manel Cruz, vocalist of Ornatos Violeta, performs at 23:00 pm, at Sé, as well as Moonspell, but at 1:00 am.
At the gatherings, the theme will be “Histórias do Direto”, with Pedro Ribeiro (Rádio Comercial) and António Macedo, former announcer of Antena 1. The moderation is by Inês Lopes Gonçalves (Antena 3) and the conversation has a scheduled start time for 18:45 pm, in the Cloisters of the Cathedral.
As for the stand up comedy, it will be present again, this time with the Algarvian Môce dum Cabréste (Dário Guerreiro), from 00:00, and Guilherme Fonseca (23:30).
The last day of the “F” will also be marked by a tribute to Joaquim Guerreiro, the creator of the festival, who died on September 2, 2017. It will be at 18:30 pm, at Largo D. Afonso III, near the Municipal Museum of Faro.
