Portinado's under-18 team took 3rd place in the National Water Polo Championship, whose final stage was played this weekend, from 14th to 15th July.

Portinado beat Vitória de Guimarães, in the game to award the 3rd and 4th place, with partials of 2-3, 2-2, 0-7 and 4-1.

The championship was won by Cascais WP who beat Pacense 14-13 in the final.
