Henrique «Piki» Gomes, regional champion of Hopes under-12, received a wildcard from the Portuguese Surfing Federation to be present, this weekend, in Porto, in the National Championship of Hopes under-14.
An invitation well delivered, because the «Piki», although he is only 12 years old, is among the 5 best surfers in the Algarve under-14 and has been a regular presence on the podium since 2014.
Thus, he joins the other great surfer and also representative of the Clube Naval de Portimão, Bruno Marçal, 14 years old and a long list of podiums and titles.
