The 2nd edition of Video Showcase, organized by ETIC_Algarve, will take place at the Municipal Market of Faro on the 24th of March, Friday.
This exhibition, which is the only one dedicated exclusively to video equipment in the Algarve, «is aimed not only at school trainees and trainers, but is open to all video lovers and professionals, from technicians working in the area to companies producing content video», explains ETIC_Algarve.
The event will feature the presence of the Algarve companies Niobo, an online store specializing in Video and Photography equipment, and Rat Rig, a manufacturer of Rat Rig equipment, but also Etcine, national representative of reference brands in the field of cinema, television and multimedia , which comes to show and demonstrate the latest news.
This Video Showcase «will allow contact with various video equipment and accessories from reference brands in the market, such as Datavideo, Swit, Rosco, Filmgear and E-Image», adds the school.
«This showcase has as one of its purposes to make ETIC_Algarve trainees aware of the various types and solutions of equipment on the market, so that when they start their professional activity their knowledge of the technical possibilities, which are endless, is as comprehensive as possible and allow them to make the right choices», says Nuno Ribeiro, director of ETIC_Algarve.
For the official, this event also serves the objective of «affirming the growing role that the Algarve has been conquering, on the map of companies in this sector, given that, in the region, the companies that market these are counted on the fingers of one hand. more specific equipment, although there are many companies and technicians in the production of audiovisual content. With this event we intend to promote contact between these companies and make known a creative Algarve, with technical needs for which there is still no offer in the region».
