The PSD Loulé said today in a statement to be proud of the "presence" of the Prime Minister António Costa at the inauguration of Passeio das Dunas, in Quarteira, stressing that such work “was only possible” thanks to the action of the previous social-democratic municipal executive, from 2002 to 2013.
The work inaugurated today was advanced by the fact that this executive, led by Seruca Emídio, «has finished with Bairro da Lata, acquired the land needed for this magnificent work, carried out the project, tendered the work and ensured the necessary community funds to do so. it will be possible today to inaugurate the First Phase of this requalification that links Quarteira to Vilamoura».
The PSD Louletano also invites the prime minister “to walk along Avenida Papa Francisco and the extension of Avenida Sá Carneiro to Fonte Santa, works also awarded and financed by the social-democratic municipal executive”.
However, they criticize, "we have been waiting for two and a half years for the inauguration of the first work under the responsibility of the socialist executive of the Loulé Chamber, in other words, a work whose project, competition of the work and its execution is the initiative of the socialist management" led by Victor Aleixo.
