The knowledge and flavors of the Algarve mountains are shown at the Feira Terra de Maio, which ends today at Azinhal, in the municipality of Castro Marim. Gastronomy, crafts, music and entertainment are part of what you can find in the 9th edition of this event that yesterday they served a fresh cheese made from Algarvian goat's milk, weighing around 40 kilos.
