The delegation has been recording in Monchique, since October 6th, as revealed by a local source to the Sul Informação.

The entourage made recordings, mainly12064445_10207629340272805_194992474_nin the Alferce area, on the road that connects to Fornalha and on the road that connects Alferce to São Marcos da Serra, with the Odelouca dam as a “background”. The Monchique helipad was also used to receive the helicopter used to take aerial images of the bolides.

All recordings are being made in an atmosphere of great secrecy, and the roads were cut by the GNR so that the shooting could be done safely.

Presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May spend most of their time trapped inside the vehicles carrying the entourage, revealed the same source.

Jeremy Clarkson has already shared on Twitter an image of a tire in poor condition, which will have been the victim of accelerations along the roads of the Serra de Monchique.
