The new laws for the food safety, beverage and street sales sector, with regard to food safety, will be made known by the Food and Economic Safety Authority (ASAE), in a session to take place next Monday, at 15 hours, at the Municipal Library of Faro.
The session is especially aimed at entrepreneurs in the Algarve's restaurant and beverage sector.
The occasion will be used by the Chamber of Faro and by the Algarve Hotel and Similar Industry Association (AIHSA), entities that promote the session, together with ASAE, to sign a collaboration protocol.
The agreement is “especially dedicated to the formalization of the support that this business association will provide to the initiatives and events that will be organized in Faro, in matters related to hygiene and food safety, in order to contribute to guaranteeing its best operating conditions, for the benefit of its customers and consumers».
