Today, Wednesday, Ria Formosa will host another «Night Summer Walk to the Sound of the Moon», in kayak. The departure for this nocturnal incursion in the lagoon area, on the night of Lua Cheia, is scheduled for 21 pm, from Posto Náutico do Sport Faro and Benfica at the Dock of Faro.
The idea is “to sail peacefully through the Water Mirrors of the wonderful Ria Formosa and explore the channels of the Ria Formosa, making a small stopover on the internationally recognized Ilha dos Tesos, where we can take a bath and refresh our bodies and spirits”, according to the organization.
Participants are recommended to bring beach clothing – slippers, bathing suit, towel, a soft drink, a bicycle-type light, blue or white, preferably with a flasher, «in the usual good mood and of course know how to row and … swim”, added the promoters of the also called “Kayak Full Moon Trip Ria Formosa”.
