The Municipal Library of Faro In November, it celebrates 110 years of its foundation, with a program of activities.
In this context, from the 2nd to the 15th, a Old Background Show of the Library. On the 22nd, from 15 pm, the Science and Culture Meeting, where the life and pedagogical and literary work of Rómulo de Carvalho, the poet António Gedeão, will be discussed.
Professors Mariana Teles de Carvalho and Paulo Moreira present the communication «Rómulo de Carvalho, the teacher / António Gedeão, the poet», and Cristina Carvalho, the author's daughter, will present the biography of the poet and pedagogue.
