The Autodromo Internacional do Algarve will host, within a month, from the 6th to the 8th of July, another event on a world scale, this time the FIA ​​GT1 World Championship.

Simultaneously, the FIA ​​GT3 European Championship and the Racing Weekend will also be on track, which will bring the National Circuit Championship, the Portuguese Championship of Classics and Classics 1300 to the Portimão circuit. It is the fourth consecutive year that the AIA has hosted this prestigious Championship, in what will be the fifth round of the season.

Touring Cars from brands as varied as Audi, McLaren, Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Ford, Lamborghini etc. Wearing the national colors will be Álvaro Parente in the McLaren GT MP4 -12C in the GT1 World Championship and César Campaniço/Ni Amorim who are team members in the Audi R8 LMS in the GT3 European Championship. Three drivers established in the world automobile scene and who will want to shine in their home race.

Tickets for the event are already on sale on the AIA website and store with 25% off until the 17th of June. Prices are €19 for the main stand for the entire weekend and €15 for a Sunday only. The paddock access pass is 8 euros.

Anyone who buys a ticket for the FIA ​​GT automatically receives an equal ticket for the World Superbike Championship event in September, free of charge. This promotion can be combined with others.
