Clocks are set back one hour on Sunday morning, starting daylight saving time in Portugal, according to the Lisbon Astronomical Observatory.

In Mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Region of Madeira, at 1:00 am the clocks will be advanced 60 minutes to 2:00 am.

In the Autonomous Region of the Azores, the change will be made at midnight (00:00) on Sunday, March 25, moving to 1:00 am on the same day.
