Portimonense lost by two balls to zero against Sporting da Covilhã this Thursday, in an anticipated game of the 7th round of the Liga Orangina, and continues in the last place of the classification.

The first goal of the game was scored in the 7th minute by Dani Matos, taking advantage of Goda's incomplete defense. Portimonense tried to react, but when they were better in the match, they conceded the second goal in the 40th minute, by Gege, who headed in a corner scored by Joel.

In the second-half, Portimonense tried to reduce the disadvantage and even managed to create goal situations, but failed to deliver.

This defeat keeps Portimonense in last place with six points from seven games.
