A sculpture and a garden in honor of Ayrton Senna will be inaugurated this Sunday, April 21st, at 15:30 pm, in Quinta do Lago, in an initiative by Infraquinta.
The unsuccessful Brazilian pilot had a house in Quinta do Lago, like the Sul Informação already mentioned in this report.
Ayrton Senna da Silva, three-time Formula 1 world champion (1988, 1990 and 1991), tragically passed away in 1994, but his legacy lives on in the minds of millions of fans around the world.
Infraquinta, in partnership with sculptor Carlos de Oliveira Correia, materialized this legacy in the form of a replica of its Formula 1 car, molded in corten steel, a resistant material, 100% recyclable, which integrates into the natural landscape and will stand out , in the garden on Avenida Ayrton Senna.
The inauguration ceremony will be attended by the Mayor of Loulé Vítor Aleixo, the Senna Brasil Foundation (to be confirmed), official entities, residents and friends of the driver.
