Ayrton Senna marks the Algarve's long-standing relationship with Formula 1

There are delicious stories to remember

Contrary to what many might think, the Algarve's relationship with Formula 1 did not start last year. It started about 30 years ago when Ayrton, one of the greatest F1 stars of all time, bought a house in Quinta do Lago.

On the day 27 years after Senna's death at the Imola Grand Prix in 1994, and the day before the second race of the Formula 1 World Championship to be held at the Algarv Autodromeand, or Sul Informação takes you to know the house and some of the many friends that the Brazilian pilot made in Algarve lands.
