Expensive Soul, Fernando Daniel, Hybrid Theory – The Linkin Park Tribute, Plutónio and Luís Trigacheiro at the 35th Feira Concurso Arte Doce or Richie Campbell at New Year's Eve 2024/2025: these are the names on the lineup of artists that the Municipality of Lagos presented for this year's events.
The 35th Arte Doce Competition Fair, this year dedicated to Freedom, will take place between the 24th and 28th of July, headlined by Expensive Soul (24th), Fernando Daniel (25th), Hybrid Theory – The Linkin Park Tribute (26th, band from Lagos), Plutónio (27th) and Luís Trigacheiro (28th).
Local and regional guest artists will be revealed soon.
The year will end with Richie Campbell, at the New Year's Eve party.
Of the events, the municipality also highlights the Popular Marches (Praça do Infante and Avenida dos Descobrimentos, 13 to 5 June), the Lagos Book Fair (Praça do Infante, 3 to 15 August), Festa do Banho 29 (Pier da Solaria and Praia da Luz, August 29th), Noites no Cais (Cais das Descobertas, September 7th and 8th), Walk & Art Fest (Barão de São João, November 1st to 3rd), Magic Words (Biblioteca Municipal de Lagos, 1st to 9th November) and Festival Pedra Dura (Centro Cultural de Lagos and other spaces in the city, 4th to 17th November), with other surprises to be announced soon.
