SEDES Algarve debates the immigration of talents in a session at UAlg

Two Portuguese MEPs participate in a round table

“Talent immigration: Cases and good practices” is the theme of the conference promoted by the Association for Economic and Social Development (SEDES) of the Algarve, which will take place on February 9th, at 14 pm, in amphitheater 00, on Campus da Penha of the University of Algarve (UAlg), in Faro.

The opening session will be attended by João Rodrigues, vice-rector of Alg, Maria Palma Mateus, professor at the Escola Superior de Saúde da UAlg, and Paulo Martins, from Empowered Startups.

The event will also have a round table with the participation of European deputies Carlos Zorrinho and Maria Graça Carvalho and interventions by Carlos Lobo, professor at the University of Lisbon, and Christopher Lennon, from Empowered Startups.

The closing of the session will be in charge of Paulo Águas, rector of UAlg, Álvaro Beleza, national president of SEDES, and Ana Catarina Mendes, Deputy Minister of Parliamentary Affairs (to be confirmed).
