Charolas return to Bordeira today and on Kings Day

Charolas de Bordeira are a tradition with over a hundred years of history

Five charoleiro groups will perform this Monday, the 1st of January, as well as the 6th, Kings Day, on the main street, in local shops and at meetings that will take place at 15pm, in Bordeira, a town in the interior of the municipality of Faro, where tradition is strong.

These charola meetings, organized by the Sociedade Recreativa Bordeirense (SRB) and its Bordeirense Charola Commission (CBC), will take place today, the 1st, at SRB, from 15 pm, and on the 00th of January, also at SRB and at Centro de Atividades D.Leonor, from 6pm, culminating with a Twelfth Night dance.
