Lawyer Magalhães e Silva said today that the Public Ministry recognized the error in the transcription of a wiretap on Diogo Lacerda Machado, where the Minister of Economy António Costa Silva is mentioned, but only António Costa, the Prime Minister, is transcribed.
«It was Dr. Lacerda Machado who gave a signal to the Public Prosecutor's Office that there had indeed been this lapse and the Public Prosecutor's Office acknowledged it", the lawyer told journalists at the entrance to the court, at the Justice Campus, in Lisbon.
