Farense beat Arouca 2-0 in a game played at the São Luís Stadium in Faro, counting for the 10th round of the I League, in which both goals were scored from penalties.

Farense's first came in the 31st minute, from a penalty, punishing Arruabarrena's foul on Bruno Duarte, inside the Arouca area. Called upon to convert, Mattheus Oliveira did not fail and put the home team up 1-0.

Minutes later, a new penalty was awarded in favor of Farense, this time by Javi Montero. The chosen scorer was Bruno Duarte, who made it 2-0, a result that remained until half-time.

In the second half, Arouca seemed determined to change their fortunes and came close to reducing the deficit several times.

Despite this, the score did not change and Farense gained 3 points, allowing it to rise to 9th place in the I League, with 13 points, on the 10th round.
