The Quelfes Parish Council signed a protocol with the Agency for Administrative Modernization (AMA) for the installation of the “Citizen Space” in the Council's delegation.
For the parish, «this is an important milestone in promoting simplified access to public services aimed at improving the quality of life of the citizens of Quelfes».
“Citizen Space” is a current and progressive initiative that makes a wide range of public services available to citizens in a centralized and accessible way so that they can carry out a variety of administrative tasks effectively and efficiently in a single place.
Among the services available are the request and confirmation of change of address on the citizen card; renewal of citizen card for people over 25 years of age; obtaining the property register; issuance of a Criminal Record Certificate and revalidation and request for a second copy of the Driving License.
These are just a few examples of the services that are now provided in the Quelfes Parish Council’s “Citizen Space”, to be implemented by the end of the year.
