The Open Air Film Festival returns, in July and August, to the cloister of the Municipal Museum of Faro, with 11 sessions, always at 21:30.
There will be a total of 21 films shown, including feature and short films.
The program will focus on some of the reference titles of cinematographic production in recent years, «eminently non-commercial cinema, of different origins, genres, formats and themes», says the Cineclube de Faro.
«This activity assumes the ambition of taking Cinema outside its chosen space, its comfort zone, bypassing the darkroom and promoting an approach to public space, urban and historical heritage, taking advantage of the exceptional conditions that the Algarve offers, particularly in this summer period», he adds.
