“Castro Marim (COM) Vida” ended on a positive note

The initiative took place in Revelim de Santo António

The “Castro Marim (COM) Vida” project, which contributed to minimizing the social exclusion of population groups with higher levels of fragility, came to an end this Friday, June 16, with a Portuguese magazine show.

The initiative took place in Revelim de Santo António.

In addition to the show, the event began with a brief presentation of the activities carried out, as well as the goals achieved.

According to Odiana, these were «three years of hard work, a lot of dedication, but also a lot of learning, conviviality and good mood».

In the end, «the balance was positive and the beneficiaries keep good memories of the activities carried out and the lessons learned over these three years», he adds.

The party featured interventions by Filomena Sintra, vice-president of the Castro Marim Chamber, Cristina Afonso, from the Social Security Institute of Faro, by Catarina Cavaco, director of Odiana, and the technical team of the Local Contract for Social Development (CLDS)-4G Castro Marim.

The event was promoted by the Municipality of Castro Marim and coordinated by Odiana, co-financed by CRESC Algarve 2020, Portugal 2020 and the European Union, through the European Social Fund.
