The Feira do Campo takes place on the 23rd of April, in Furnazinhas (Castro Marim), with the right to a pedestrian walk.
The day begins precisely with this tour.
The old copper mine, known locally as the Caieiras Copper Mine, and the Odeleite Dam, are some of the sights on this route.
Registration is now open via e-mail [email protected]| or 281 495 148. Costing 12 euros (up to 14 years old) or 18 euros (from 15 years old), it includes breakfast, two supplies during the journey and lunch.
During the afternoon, through the streets of this village you will be able to find artisans working live and a wide variety of local products, such as honey and dried fruits and the well-known traditional sweets. There will also be space to learn about experiences in the Algarve mountains, with a demonstration of how to make homemade bread and cheese and an exhibition of farm animals.
It also features a lot of musical entertainment, starting at 13 pm, with the Ethnographic Group Santo António de Arenilha, the Acordeanima Group and Algarvie Marafado (André Guerreiro).
Feira do Campo is an initiative of the Parish Council of Odeleite, Social Association of the Parish of Odeleite and Castro Marim City Council.
