A 28-year-old man was arrested by the Southern Directorate of the Judiciary Police on suspicion of sexually abusing a minor, currently aged 14, between 2021 and January 2023.
According to the Judiciary Police, which does not reveal where the abuses took place or where the arrest was made, the sexual assaults took place "always in an environment fully controlled by the suspect, at the child's residence, which he had access to because he enjoyed the trust of the parents".
The detainee will be subject to judicial interrogation and present in court, for the application of coercive measures.
